Ravioli cooking instructions

For each pound of Gelateria Barbara Ravioli bring 1 Gallon of salted water to the boil.

Separate the ravioli (allow to thaw if necessary)

Drop into boiling water.

When Ravioli float to surface & water returns to the boil allow to boil 3 to 4 minutes.

Drain toss with your desired sauce or dressing and serve immediately
