Spaghetti Gamberetti

1 small onion chopped fine

1 lb peeled small raw shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tbsp Butter

1/2 lemon

1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 clove garlic sliced very thin

1 lb Gelateria Barbara Spaghetti

 

Bring 1 gallon salted water to a rapid boil and cook spaghetti for 2 min.

in skillet heat the olive oil and cook the garlic and onion until soft

Add butter and the shrimp and cook quickly for about 5 min.

Squeeze the lemon over the shrimp

Add the parsley

Add cooked spaghetti, season with salt and black pepper

Toss and serve.
