Tuscan Spaghetti

 

1 lb Gelateria Barbara Spaghetti

4 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp Soft Butter

3 Tbsp Italian Bread Crumbs

1 Tsp Capers

½ Fresh Tomato chopped

1 oz fresh Mozzarella

 

 

Cook the Spaghetti for 3 min. in 1 gallon of rapidly boiling salted water.

Drain, toss with all other ingredients and Serve immediately
